Contract Agreement
This legal services contract (“Contract”) is entered into by and between JBLM Legal Services (“Attorney”) and the client (“Client”) for the provision of legal services. The terms conditions this Contract as follows:
Scope Legal Services
Attorney agrees to provide legal representation and advice to Client in the following areas: family law, estate planning, real estate law, and civil litigation. The legal services provided may include, but are not limited to, legal research, document preparation, court appearances, and negotiation with opposing parties.
Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to provide all necessary information and documentation to Attorney in a timely manner. Client also agrees to communicate openly and honestly with Attorney regarding the legal matter at hand. Client acknowledges that failure to fulfill these responsibilities may impact the provision of legal services.
Compensation
Client agrees to compensate Attorney for legal services provided at the rate of $X per hour. Payment for services rendered is due within 30 days of receipt of invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of legal services.
Term Termination
This Contract shall commence on the date of signing and shall continue until the completion of legal services, unless terminated earlier by mutual agreement of both parties. Either party may terminate this Contract with written notice to the other party.
Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by the laws of the state of Washington. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Contract shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
